Real Regulatory is now a subsidiary of tranScrip
I am very pleased to announce that as of 23rd March 2022, Real Regulatory Limited (Irish Company Registration No. 352250) became a wholly owned subsidiary of tranScrip Limited, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales (UK company number 12905199), whose registered office is at 220 Wharfedale Road, Wokingham, RG41 5TP, UK.
tranScrip Limited is a life sciences drug development organisation providing specialist support in the development and lifecycle of biopharmaceutical products to pharma and biotech companies. The company provides scientific, medical, and regulatory advice to pharma and biotech companies, generally aimed at defining and/or optimising pre-clinical and clinical development pathways for a range of pharmaceutical products. This support results in generation of data that underpin regulatory approval by competent authorities in the UK (MHRA), EU (EMA), US (FDA) and other geographies.

Following the acquisition, there shall be no immediate change. We will continue to operate and trade as Real Regulatory, albeit as a wholly owned subsidiary of tranScrip. The current support that we are giving to all our valued clients, will remain unchanged.
We will continue to focus on our core competencies in regulatory affairs and compliance consultancy for medicinal products and medical devices. This will include too a greater amount of collaborative projects with tranScrip for our existing and new clients.
We envisage taking on more specialist regulatory people to add to our already very strong team. Through tranScrip’s experienced drug development teams we will also be able to offer a fantastic array of additional expert skillsets and solutions to our clients. Our combined companies will be able to offer a set of capabilities which will address our clients’ needs in a comprehensive way. We hope to be able to discuss the extent of these capabilities with our clients in due course.
